1. Platform Overview

EINVITE is a multi-purpose management suite designed for churches, businesses, and event organizers. Our core architecture focuses on three pillars: Instant Verification, Content Distribution, and Listing Visibility.

2. QR Verification System

Our QR system uses dynamic encryption to ensure check-ins are secure. To verify an attendee:

  • Access the Scanner via the mobile navigation.
  • Align the attendee's ticket code within the camera frame.
  • Wait for the green "Verified" status before granting entry.

3. Digital Handouts & Church Programs

Organizations can upload digital materials (PDFs, Images, or Links) that become accessible to users once they RSVP or scan into a program.

Pro Tip

Use the "Schedule Release" feature to ensure handouts are only downloadable 5 minutes before your program starts to keep your content exclusive.

4. Technical Requirements

Recommended Environment:

  • Camera: Minimum 720p resolution for reliable QR scanning.
  • Browser: Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
  • Connection: 3G/4G/5G or stable Wi-Fi for smooth navigations.

5. Managing Business Listings

Business owners can manage their public profile, update contact information, and view analytics on how many users have viewed their listing or clicked their external links. All listing changes are reflected in real-time across the platform.

6. Subscriptions & Paystack

Subscriptions are managed via the **Billing Tab** in your dashboard. Payments are processed through Paystack's secure gateway.

Note: If a subscription is canceled, your premium listings will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
