To provide our event and handout management services, EINVITE collects personal information including your name, email address, and organizational details (such as church or business names).

We also collect technical data including IP addresses and browser types to ensure the security of our QR code scanning and verification systems.

2. QR Code & Attendance Tracking

When you generate or scan a QR code via our platform, we store timestamp data and attendee status. This information is shared only with the specific event organizer (church, business, or individual) to facilitate their management and security.

3. Payment Security

All financial transactions for subscriptions or activity fees are handled by Paystack.

Important Note:

We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers or Paystack login credentials. Paystack provides us only with the confirmation of payment and the necessary transaction ID.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To verify your identity during event check-ins.
  • To distribute digital handouts and church program materials.
  • To notify you of updates regarding your listings or RSVPs.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (like Paystack), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

6. Your Rights & Controls

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your data visibility and subscription preferences directly through your User Profile.

If you choose to delete your account, all associated event data and handout licenses will be permanently purged from our active databases in 14 days after initial request.

7. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use state-of-the-art encryption (SSL) to protect sensitive data transmitted online and limit offline access to your personal information to authorized employees only.
