Welcome to EINVITE. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, which provides services for event management, church program coordination, digital handout distribution, and business listings.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts & Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Data Storage & Consent

By using EINVITE, you explicitly consent to the storage and processing of your personal data (including but not limited to name, email, and event preferences) necessary to provide our management services.

Usage Disclosure:

Your data is used to generate QR codes, manage RSVP lists, and personalize your experience. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Email Subscriptions

Upon signing up for an account, you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter and platform updates. This includes event reminders, church program highlights, and business listing updates.

You may opt-out of these communications at any time via the "Notification Settings" in your user profile or by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any email.

5. Important Disclaimer

EINVITE acts as a facilitator for event management and business listings. We do not personally vet every church program, business listing, or event organizer.

User Responsibility Notice:

  • We do not guarantee the perfect credibility of any event, host, or business listed.
  • Users are strictly advised to only attend events or perform financial transactions with entities they are certain of.
  • Participation in any activity found on this platform is at your own sole risk.

6. Payments & Billing

Access to certain features (e.g., premium listings, event ticketing) is based on a subscription model or per-activity fee.

Secure Processing

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. By initiating a payment, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service. EINVITE does not store or see your credit card information.

7. Prohibited Use

  • No fraudulent business listings or deceptive church programs.
  • No distribution of malicious software or phishing links via handouts.
  • No unauthorized scraping of event or attendee data.
