Our plath Form is a digital platform that allows users to create, customize, and manage event invitations (including QR-code based invitations), collect guest responses, manage guest lists, and share event details. Certain features may be free while others require a paid subscription or one-time payment (“Pro” features).

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and event creation.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Event Creation & User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (event names, descriptions, banners, guest lists, etc.). By uploading content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to create events or upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or promotes violence;
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information;
• Is used for spam, phishing, or any commercial purpose unrelated to genuine events.

5. QR Codes & Digital Invitations

QR codes generated through Our plath Form are for personal or event-related use only. You may not sell, resell, or commercially exploit QR codes or invitation templates without our prior written consent. We are not responsible for any misuse of QR codes once they have been shared by you.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Some features require payment. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Contact support for assistance.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
